Born in Italy and raised in America, Executive Chef Sam Blando has pursued a lifelong passion for cooking and dining. Since 1992, he has presided as a corporate chef for Windsor Foods creating and perfecting innovative Italian dishes and pasta recipes for foodservice operations across the United States.

Chef Blando is recognized by the International Food Service Executives Association and the Food and Beverage Executives Society of Greater Boston for his culinary achievements and contributions. Now he’s sharing his enthusiasm for quality foodservice offerings and profitable restaurant operations with the editorial team of Agile Chef.
